3...2...1...Go'spresso

From the Roaster: I carefully articulated these medium/dark roast profiles with 3 of my favorite origins. This blend makes an amazing shot of espresso or regular cup of coffee. The mix of different roast profiles accentuate all the attributes you would want from a perfect shot. My goal was to balance the crema with a berry sweetness and notes of chocolate. Dare I say..... "chocolate covered strawberries?"
