What better way to celebrate RBR 5 than this natural, anaerobic, geisha cultivated deep in the mountains of Huila Colombia.
This farm experiments with different types of processing methods which has enabled them to wonderfully craft anaerobic lots like this one. This is a five day anaerobic process followed by traditional natural processing with raised beds and patio for almost 30 days. This unique process develops a complex, bright profile with notes of berry, honey and South American stone fruit.
We were able to procure a very small allotment of this special lot which has allowed us to only offer 50 of these 4 oz portions in our anniversary packaging.
