From the Roaster: This coffee has sweet, clean and complex nuances which is elevated at a light/medium roast profile. I really enjoy the complexity in this cup bringing a bundle of flavors from the coffee flavor spectrum. 

The Coffee: This coffee is not only Fair Trade and grown with organic certified farming practices, but is Rain Forest Alliance certified too!

In the northern coastal mountains of Colombia you will find the small farm of Eneil Bayona. He’s worked hard to make sure his coffee is certified as Organic, which has gotten him a much higher premium that he uses to continually re-invest in production and improvement. Eneil is heavily involved in the region and works with neighboring producers to pilot new planting programs and test new varietals.
