From the Roaster: This coffee has an embracing body & flavor which is elevated at a medium/dark roast profile. I really enjoy the balance of brown sugar & chocolate in this cup.
The Coffee: This coffee is a regional blend from various smallholder farmers in Chiapas and milled in Perote, Veracruz. Chiapas is the Southernmost coffee growing region in Mexico. It boasts an ideal climate and altitude to create perfect conditions for mild, sweet coffee. "La Verdad en la Copa" translates to an old Spanish saying for "The Truth is in the Cup." The truth is this coffee rocks!
